Customer Service: Payment Options

The following payment options are available for the purchase of our books:

 

 

1. Credit Cards: You can use your credit card directly through Paymate or Paypal and we never have to see your details. Alternatively Pick-a-Woo Woo can process Mastercard or Visa Card via email/phone. If you are using a Credit/Debit Card that is not in your name, by submitting your order you confirm that you have the Cardholders authority and approval to use the Card for the transaction submitted.
2. Telephone Payment: If you prefer to order by the telephone. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 08 97561818. Business Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, (WST)
3. PayPal: Select the Paypal method of the checkout Page then click the "Buy" button and then follow the simple process of payment via Pay Pal. 
4. Paymate: Select the Paymate method of checkout then click the "Buy" button and then follow the simple process of payment via Paymate.
5. Direct Credit /Electronic Funds Transfer: (EFT): Click the "Buy" button, fill in the order details and address details - Press continue and on the bottom left of the screen choose EFT and the Pick-a-Woo Woo bank details will be presented to you.
   Please note that should we have not received your Direct Credit or money order 21 days from the date of your order, we will accept that your order is no longer required and will cancel your order accordingly. We are happy for you to re-order at a later date.
6. Money Order: We also accept Money Orders sent to PO Box 178 Nannup, Western Australia 6275. Items will be dispatched upon receipt of funds. Please quote your order number when sending payment if possible to avoid any confusion. 'International Money Orders' must be in Australian Dollars (AUD) Thank you.
7. Cheques - although our secure server does not like processing cheques - you can post a mail order form. and include a personal cheque or bank cheque. Please note however, your order cannot be posted until funds have cleared through our account.

Credit Card Payment Processing

Credit card payments are only processed when your order is ready to post. If only part of your order is posted then only the appropriate amount is processed. The balance of your order is processed when the other items in your order are ready for posting.

Pick-a-Woo Woo ensures the security of your details and online processing transactions. We provide you with peace of mind when making your purchases. Sending your orders and credit card details are safe and secure with our online secure servers using SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) 128 bit encryption. All details are securely encrypted.

When you place an order you enter into a secure transaction and please ensure the following occurs:

1. In your browser address bar "https" appears when you are in the check-out page
2. A small gold padlock at the right hand side of your browser address bar appears

(The above encryption safely ensures all your data is processed securely and confidentially)

Shipping and Delivery

Standard Post Charges (Australia Only)

We have a set fee per order of $7.50 (Standard Post) for up to 10 books.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Most items are shipped within a 2-3 working days of receiving your order. If any delays occur Pick-a-Woo Woo will contact you by email or telephone.

Express Post (Australia)

Express post is shipping time only. Additional costs usually apply.

Registered Post

If you require your order to be registered please notify us by email or telephone.

Packaging

Wherever possible we like to REDUCE / REUSE / RECYCLE.  Your packaging may not be the prettiest but it is ‘Earth Friendly’.

We use recycled cardboard (for book protection) plus we have re-used our printers’ paper wastage (to wrap books). This reduces the need for other forms of traditional book protection such as plastics and bubble wrap, which are far more detrimental to our planet.
