Pick-a-Woo Woo Customer Guarantee Policy

Pick-a-Woo Woo guarantee provides you an International Consumer Protection Rights Policy. This includes replacements for lost, damaged in transit and faulty goods and a money back 30 day guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.

Ordering Process

By clicking on the 'Buy this Book' button, your selection will be placed into your shopping cart, which you may review at any time while you are shopping by clicking on Add to Cart at the top of the Buy Books page.You can continue to add items to your order until you are ready to place your order. Follow the instructions on the cart for calculating delivery costs and choosing a payment type.

Receipts and Invoices

Pick-a-Woo Woo encloses your receipted GST invoice with each order.

Item Warranty

Any item found to be defective when received or incorrect, may be returned within 14 days and a replacement will be forwarded without delay.

Cancellations

Notification of item cancellations must be provided to Pick-a-Woo Woo within 24 hours of an order placed and or prior to shipping.

Shipping Care

Damaged in Transit

If you receive an item which appears to have been “Damaged in Transit” please take the following steps:

- Notify Pick-a-Woo Woo Customer Service Team immediately (Ph: +618 97561818) or email.
- Ensure all items are packaged securely, (for return shipping) and
- Place your name, telephone number and address along with the item(s) you are returning.

Incorrectly Shipped

Pick-a-Woo Woo will replace at no charge any incorrect shipped items. Ensure all items are packaged securely and return them to Pick-a-Woo Woo Publishers , with your invoice order number on the address label (if possible). Place your name, telephone number and address along with the item(s) you are returning.

Lost Items

Please contact Pick-a-Woo Woo to confirm shipping /postal dates and order details.

Faulty Items

Pick-a-Woo Woo will replace at no charge all faulty items. When returning to Pick-a-Woo Woo please ensure all items are packaged securely. Ensure all items are packaged securely and return them, with your order number on the address label. Please note your name, telephone number and address on a note with the item(s) you are returning.

Delivery

Delivery Method.

Australia - We use parcel post Red satchels within Australia. Allow 5 -10 days within Australia. International delivery times will depend on destination but please email us if you want us to find out estimated timelines.

International Shipping costs are based on weight and charged as per Australia Post.

Our international stores who stock Pick-a-WooWoo range of books will have their own delivery methods so please look at their internal policies.

Packaging

Wherever possible we like to REDUCE / REUSE / RECYCLE.  Your packaging may not be the prettiest but it is ‘Earth Friendly’. We use recycled cardboard (for book protection) plus we GIFT WRAP your books in our printers’ paper wastage (which is basically the content of the books - looks great). This reduces the need for other forms of traditional book protection such as plastics and bubble wrap, which are far more detrimental to our planet.
